The Final Chapter... Some Call this the Climax

Hello those still out there,

Its me again, duh, but not about me is all the same since my last little episode. I am no longer a high school student, I am now 19, now in university, and finally living on my own 6 hours from home. Yes I do know what 19 in Canada means... DRINKING AGE. Woot, yes I know, no longer drinking illegally. But the age is also my cause to my tittle. Well look at it, 19, the last year of the "teen" age for me. But with age does it come wisdom or just gray hair.

More and more have I seen in my almost two decades living in this world, not every old person is smart nor wise in decisions that they make. Not saying that some if not a lot of old people are smart. Though, it seems they are quite wise when it comes down to the street smarts. Like when you tell an old(er) person you are getting married, their usual response is, "RUN!!!" lol. They say it cause they are wise and understand that the person you say you love today may turn around and be a living nightmare to your every waking moment. Leaving you waiting in the death do you part line. Other things about what we should be doing instead of in front of these computers and video games all day, what music is to rot our brains, why we are not aloud on their freshly cut grass after the football lands on their lawns. It may be just wisdom that they learned over the miles they walked through snow and rain to get to school every day, or its just what we have come to know as wisdom of the crabby old person. Though sometimes yes, we see their ideas and smarticals come to life when we realise a couple years into marriage we find our selves banging our heads against a wall, or that the lawn is wet and we may fall if we run, us kids do not get out and enjoy our selves like we should. But that is not to mean wisdom comes just from age.

Maturity shows a form of wisdom that not every old person has. In fact some older folk are very immature about how they act. Thinking because they are old they should get discounts and what not. But hey, from personal experience, students need way bigger discounts, with the amount we are paying just for schooling privileges, I laugh at you. But on the serious side, I know for a fact from both my rents, I matured way too fast as a kid. It probably was due to I was not brought up around many kids. I was raised being around adults, learning fast their ways of life and wanting to repeat it. Listening to their talking methods, what they enjoyed to do. But not just that, I was a smart cookie, as well as the beginning times to my smart ass life style. Back in the day, and even today, I can tell you every team in the NHL, when they came into the league, who was, at least if not more, the major players or all the players on certain teams. I could tell you if that team moved franchises to other cities. I was also great in school, only surpassed by an Asian girl (it seems racist, but she is EXTREMELY smart, even today, so bravo) and her best friend. But even then, I read, played sports, memorized things, and been through treatments and other life concerning things before the age of 10. Kids and younger adults can be said to be better drivers, be better at computers, as well better to multi task.

Wisdom, like beauty is in the eyes of the, in this case, viewer or recipient. Wisdom in the old days gave you the tittle of Mage/ Magi/ Magician, to any of those whom know the true meaning, does not mean MAGIC, it means knowledgeable or intellectual. To be called one of those, the biggest thing is you had to be smart, and able to read. Today a person in grade 3 could be a lesser version of a mage. But with time, changes are to be made. Wisdom, everyone is wise in their own different sense. It doesn't have to be with age, experience for everyone is gives everyone a certain knowledge that not everyone else has, just remember that.

For my first post in a long time, thank you to those whom read this, it means a lot.
Remember, its just a thought.

Must be something

Hello everyone,

Of course it is my birth day woot woot. And today, i had a question of my own, why for those we love are we so easily brought down to say we are sorry, and in hopes that one phrase is ment to make every thing a little bit better. Take it from experience, I tend to make my girl friend mad every once in a while, usually this happens when either I am really mad or one feels lonely. When ever she gets upset, no matter how blinding the rage, I crumble down to say I am sorry, go until I feel as if I at the point of getting on my knees and beg. I don't mean litteraly. Is it a bad thing, I don't believe so, and I know I am not the only one. As a gentalman, I have no intetions of ever hurting my girl in anyway, and when I do, the pain makes me drop, that sometimes happens. For thoses who are quick to forgive, make sure you are justified to forgive, and don't forgive just cause you have to, make sure it is something from the soul, that what you are forgiving or begging forgivness to or from is worth it. When I ask for forgiveness from my girl friend, i know it is worth every breath or moment it takes, for in the end, with out her, my life feels empty and lonely. I know that if I can keep her in my life, my life would be worth living. I will always say I am sorry for being an idiot, and hate my self everytime i do something stupid.

New Time Theory

Yes yes, after some bit of time, I Teen Theory am back. I am sorry for the leave with out warning, and I know there were a... few people a little concerned if I was to return or not, but never the less I am here, with more theory's then ever. There were a few questions that were asked in my time of leave. The most common was, Where did you go, and Are you going to post anything again, along with other stuff. To answer those questions, life hit me hard and fast, both with allot of good, and a bit of bad, as life is expected to be. After my trip to the NYC, I came back and started to work at my schooling and found my self a girl friend, which took up most of my time, as well as getting ready to move and what not.

But on the thought to another new school year, that I found this tittle and thought very fitting, with all the essays and work to be done. School, a large topic that will be broken down in to chunks through out the year. But for now, lets look at the big picture.

School, a place of learning, in many ways. This to most is the first step into the rest of our lives, as through our school careers, we will prepare our selves for the future. Whether that future is our jobs, our friends, our attitudes and behaviours, possibly our lovers, or even life skills that will come in handy down the road. But lets face it, from what I just said, school is all learning, now take it from me, this is my 5th year of high school, and I don't go to a majorly high end school, but it is nice. Its not that I am to dumb to go off to University, but I just didn't think I was ready. But anyways, I think the biggest part about schooling so far is life skill and the friends that I have made. I may have learnt a lot of knowledge from my teachers, and sure its going to help me get the career I want when I finish school, but lets face it, if it weren't for my friends, I wouldn't have made it this far. One friend of mine in particular, a newer friend to me, but she means a lot to me, well she has gone for a bit, and to say that she is one of my best friends would be talking pretty low about her, lol. No I am not being mean about her, she means the world to me, and she is my proof that my friends have helped me along the way, and allowed to survive not only school, but the tough times in life. Ya we met through school, and yes she is my girl friend, I bet any money she is blushing as she reads this. But she also the proof that friends really are some of the biggest parts of school. See it is not that she is just my girl friend but she had a chance to go to a bigger school up north, that she says she has a better chance at getting ahead in the future with. I see for maybe about five mins ahead that she is right, she can get some courses that are better and different from here, possibly better teacher too. As well as a few connections to certain places for work and what not. But like I said, school is more then just the classes you take. If it were not for her cousins and their friends, she would be pretty alone, as she has left all her friends behind for a bit. Now it is not like I don't talk to her, though I wish I could just give her one hug a day in person, and I know that would make my life a little bit better to bare. It is not just me, all her friends miss her, as well as her family, which is another big thing about growing up. Now you might be thinking, Ya she is your girl friend, of course that is what you think, but no its not just her, most of friends have moved on to post secondary, and trust me, I miss them too. But unlike my girl friend, I can still see most of them every other week end or so as most didn't go 7 hours away.

And sure maybe the courses do teach us a thing or two. But take a look at a few of the courses I have taken in the past. Com Tech, not only have I learnt how to work in a studio bussiness, I learnt more as a person and about life then anything else, like how to work with others, exploring elments I would shy from, working as a team and or group, and getting things done while making great friends and catching up with old. Same thing with being a year book editor last year, taking control, voicing my oppion, and a lot from what I learn in Com Tech.

So see it doesn't have to be all books and studys, just because you think if I study hard, and work to become a robot, I may live happy some day. Whats wrong with having fun today, with your friends and family, and you never know, just because you don't get to go to the most expensive schools, doesn't mean you can't have an amazing life. Just think of all the friends you already have, and all the fun you had with. Would anyone really want to leave it all behind, sure there is msn and facebook, but who is kidding, its better to have those people over for the big game on a Saturday night or just chilling at ones house, then it is talking on the phone or computer. Don't get me wrong, if that is the only way then sure, it will do, but I am just saying, its nicer to have some in person contact then none. And just because you didn't get what you imagined to be perfect at one time, doesn't mean that you are a failure or that your life will be horrible. But remember, if you do have a chance, look at what you are leaving behind, cause you never know, you may have that easy ride in the end, but no one to share with.

This was just a thought, and I would like to thank 3 people, Goerge, Racheal, and Mitchell for their e-mails to help me with todays topic. As well as the teachers and friends of mine too, for being there to help and support me. Remember if you have any questions or concerns, e-mail me at teentheory@hotmail.com or leave me a comment bellow. Remember I will not single out a person due to name or issue that is over the top or with out permision, first names may be used in context where the person is not in any way going to be targeted for their comments or idea or questions.

Thank you to all, and may all of you have a great school year and the best of luck.

What is Another Teen Theory?

Alright I have gotten a few questions from people that I might as well blog about it. Not just the tittle, but what I hope to acomplish by bloging, and all sorts of questions I have gotten so far. These are only a few.

To kick it all off, "What does the tittle mean?" It means a few things, depending on how you look at it. One way I first looked at it though was that I was just another teenager with all these ideas and theories on life and growing up and such. It could also go onto my blogger name -Teen Theory- as like another episode of teen theory. But what ever way people look at it, is up to them.

"Why did I start?" Well to tell you the truth, I had all these ideas and what not about philosphy that I came up with or heard in my philosphy class. And when my good friend Mr. Nice Guy told me about his blogs, I went home and read them, and just had to start throwing some of my ideas down before my head exploded. Also I want to continue this throught out the next few years so I can always look at these in the future. As well I soon hope to start Vloging on you tube, and blogging is always a good way to start.

"What is my goals in blogging?" Well for one, to help others, as well as my self better understand life from different points of views. Alowing people to expand their ideas and help them. I look not really how things work as much why this is, or is it really. To look at things and not to doubt anything but to look at it with a better sense that all may not be what meets the eye. To many people look at things and see only the general ideas, we know that something is or that it just exists, but what I hope for people is to ask why is it like that, or does it work that way, or is it even real or just a perseption of this world that we are shown.

"Where do my ideas come from and what do I base them off of?" Well ideas come from anywhere, mainly my philosphy class, but others is just things I take from life and/or my lifes expereinces dealing with these situations or just my thoughts. I also take to heart a few quoets from my philosphy class like, "The only truth is that there is no truth," and "Just because we know that something is, how do we know what it is when there are so many forms of it?" That last quote we used a desk as an example. We look at a desk and we know it is a desk but what makes it a desk, they all come in different shapes and sizes. So is it deeper then just the materals that make it, or is it the essence of a desk that makes it one.

And the last one for today, "Am I afraid of being wrong?" Hell no! If someone has a better theory or wants to prove me wrong, I would be more then happy to debate and deffend my theorys, though, I never said that I was ever going to be 100% right on anything, these are just my thoughts and oppions. If you ever wish to voice your opionion, I not only accept it, I encourage it. It goes back to why i do this, it is all to broaden people perspectives on life's issues. And by challenging my thoughts means that you stepped out of the general thought prosses of excepting things and started look at things with meaning and ideas of possibility. Now not all my topics are on things you may hear about in philosphy classes, stuff like epistomoligy, metaphysics, etc. but I do look at what LIFE has for us, and sure I will touch base with all these topics and more, but there is no end to theorys and ideas.

If you have any questions or concerns, or any ideas or topics you want to see posted, comment bellow or e-mail me at teentheory@hotmail.com . Don't forget to check out my other friends blogs posted in the side--->

Me Vs. Time part III

Alright time to continue the series on time. Have you ever said thought that in a moment so perfect, you never wanted it to end. Then you look at the clock and its time for you to leave or move on.

Whether it is a the perfect date or just spending time with the most amazing person you can think of, or just a day at your favourite theme park, or its just youth. All come with warnings that life isn't forever and that time flies when you are having fun. Well this is true, as your mind is not preoccupied by how much time is passing by. So yes it is pretty much the opposite of part II where time won't seem to move, now it seems to move to fast.

I typically hear older people say enjoy your youth or that your teen years are suppose to be the best, only because time withers away everything, so really lets live up the time we got. Now I may be a Nice Guy (apparently to Mr. Nice Guy, whos link is in the watcha-ma-thinger over there--->) and I may not be the biggest risk taker or biggest party animal, but I do say, life is short so why not live it up while we have the chance. Too many times have I seen older people complaining that the stuff they missed doing in their youth, so I say lets not make history repeat it self with us. If you have a goal, pursue it while you can; you got a certain love, embrace it; and if you know you have only one chance for something, don't waste it cause it may be your last. Time is something that can't predicted to the fullest, even though we can guess what may happen, we can never know for sure.

I was asked about the future, and what it might hold, there are only a few truths that we can know for sure. One that we exist, and 2 that we will die. And that's the only prediction I or another person can come up with, at least for now, that we are all at one point in time going to die, so don't let time move to fast that you look back and be disappointed, take the time to do the things that you want to do, may be (once again) not breaking the law, or something totally immoral, but then again, those may be a different to other people, but that's a different topic.

My theory, "There is only one speed for time itself, its just whether we notice it or not determines the speed of it; but time is short, so live it up while you can." So, with that note, if you have any questions or concerns, or you have an idea or question you want to be answered or apart of my blog, comment bellow, or e-mail me at teentheory@hotmail.com

If you want it done right... Gets someone else to do it!

Alright, this topic is one that has angered me for a long time now. Have you ever been told to go do something you didn't want to do, but are more then expected to do it, you are expected to do it right and in the same amount of time it would take that person to do it. This is very typical with school work, house work, or just straight up work. Though I am hypocrite, if I could get someone else to do my dirty work for me, I would, though . But when I have to do it, well it sucks.

Have you ever been told to go do something out of your way, and then later on, get told how bad of a job you did. Well this seems to be a reoccurring act, and the fact that the job was at least attempted with out recognition, really seems to put people down. And after they get put down, what makes you think this person's work ethic is going to be like after that?

Okay, like the old saying goes, "If you want something done right, then do it your self. And if you can't do it right, then don't b****." Cleaning seems to be the worst thing in the world to some, or at least me. I know I can do it, but, I don't want to do it. So it usually takes me forever and in the end I don't end up doing "the best job" in my moms eyes. But the fact that she can do the same thing in half the time and a better job, well it usually leads to trouble, or me doing it over again. But it isn't just me, people all the time procrastinate on things, or just don't do the greatest job on it because they just want it done. But to think of the possibilities of doing it right the first time around? Ya, just not going to happen. But if we did, imagine, no trouble or a higher mark, or maybe some recognition.

Why don't people just do things them selves once in a while. Sure somethings that may involve our jobs, or school may require us to do certain things. But what about when you start doing things that others could do, but decide to just get you to do it while they sit and do something else? Is it lazy? Yes? Could it be because of an injury or disability? Possibly, but we still do it.

My theory is still that "Most people are lazy, maybe its because of our nature, or maybe its been the build of time and history."

Sorry for the short and rushed blog today, unfortunately with things going on right now in my life, mainly the Stanley Cup Playoffs (*throw confetti*), I couldn't make this blog longer, but I will try and get a longer one in tomorrow, but for now, remember, its just a thought.
